True Blue Migration is lead by Maryanne Gruar, an experienced registered agent who has lived and worked in the UK, South Africa and China, as well as Australia. She has many years of experience managing complex immigration cases. She lead a team of agents in a large UK migration agency prior to returning to Australia to establish True Blue Migration. Married to a South African, she has experienced the migration process first-hand. Maryanne frequently authors articles for migration publications and websites, and is the "Ask the Experts" panelist in the UK magazines "Australia and New Zealand" and "Emigrate".  

Victoria O'Neill (MARN 0640237)
Registered migration agent Vic O'Neill has lived in both Australia and the UK for extensive periods, as well as Singapore. She has many years of migration experience, managing all visa types, from business to skilled to family applications. Vic loves making migration straight-forward for her clients, as she talks them through the various steps and hurdles. She has been known to call clients in the middle of the night to advise that The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) has just granted them their visa. "I don't think they mind being woken up!" says Vic, "it's one of those great moments when people realise that their migration dream really has come true!"

Registered Migration Agent Ian Lattimore was born and bred in Australia. "My overseas travels confirmed to me there is no better place in the world to live than here!" says Ian.  With many years of experience in complex cases, Ian has successfully managed hundreds of employer sponsored, skilled and family stream visas. He has a detailed understanding of immigration policy, and interprets it in clear terms to his clients. Ian enjoys helping people realise their dreams of living in the lucky country.
