All our hospitality placements are for a minimum of six months.

How much will I be paid?
People who are employed in the UK are paid at least the National Minimum Wage. Please click here http://www.dti.gov.uk/employment/pay/national-minimum-wage/index.html to determine the hourly rate for your age. If you have hospitality experience you may attract a higher rate. Accommodation is often included on top of hourly pay.
What will the accommodation be like?
The style of the accommodation will depend on your employer. Many clients have staff rooms on the premise whilst others own properties in the area and provide accommodation for staff. You will be informed, prior to commencing your job, what the accommodation situation is.
I want to work in the same place as my best friend. Is this possible?
Our affiliates are aware that friends or partners want to stay together. We always note this on your application and do our best to place you with the same employer or at least, with employers that are located near one another.
Will I have to provide my own uniform?
This also depends on the establishment. We will advise you of the requirements once we have secured you a position. If a uniform is not provided, you will be asked to bring smart black trousers or a skirt, a white shirt and formal black shoes.
What documents does True Blue require in order to find me a job?
When you sign up to work with True Blue we send you detailed information outlining exactly what is required. We have a Human Resources expert on the team and she will assist in building your application to best reflect your skills and experience.
